i have raked this many leaves today. this is only about 2/3 of the back yard. raking leaves is a)not a one person job and b)incredibly time consuming. i’m givin’ up for the day since i’ve been doing this since about 1030 this morning. wednesday will surely be full of more of the same.
i could really go for a beer.

lots and lots
of leaf-raking will be going on today. i’m burning daylight just being lazy in bed with my laptop (one of my favorite pastimes…not joking).
the yard is pretty large, large enough for one person to be overwhelmed by the thousands and thousands of leaves on the ground. thankfully, though, my mom bought me a gift the other day.. i came home from work to find a brand new rake in the living room. she even put a fucking bow on it. just for me. she shouldn’t have.
no, seriously. she shouldn’t have.
god this song is good. kills me every time.
